Reliable, fast and cost-effective Internet connectivity is absolutely essential to our business. It allows us to quickly and efficiently deploy the latest game builds to cloud-based servers globally.
When we moved to Tachbrook Park in May 2014, WarwickNet were able to offer a cost-effective 100Mbs leased line solution that came bundled with a VDSL backup circuit and with the option to (easily) upgrade to 1000Mbps in the future. We knew our internet uploads and downloads would increase and therefore this option from a local supplier was the ideal choice.
As our volume of data transfer increased significantly, in 2015, we have upgraded to a 1000Mbps uncontended leased line.
A high speed Internet connection is crucial to the business as all of our daily operations are Internet driven and without this, our business would simply not exist. Over 70% of daily focus is on searching for candidates on various websites and with a fast connection provided by WarwickNet we can now be more effective.
Right up to the point of installation, WarwickNet gave us weekly updates on the progress of the cabinet build. The implementation went very smoothly, and we experienced minimal downtime. WarwickNet worked with our IT providers, who found their team to be most helpful.
So how wonderful now to be in the position to report that because of WarwickNet servicing Moulton Park, we have a download speed in the region of 40 to 43Mbps and upload around 4 to 5Mbps. This will mean that for the first time we can look at cloud based solutions for our business. Which in turn will mean efficiencies to the business and better service to our clients.

We were losing lettings at Monkspath Business Park, Solihull as a result of poor broadband connectivity. I investigated various solutions including radio wave and leasing a communal line, but frankly we are not experts in this field and were delighted when we came across the WarwickNet solution. It has helped us secure at least three lettings in the last three months which we could otherwise have lost.

WarwickNet took over the project to bring a new 100mbps bearer line into the Blythe Valley Innovation Centre. This was a service that conventional providers had been unable to deliver due to the geographic restrictions of the site. These guys are good and we’ve been using them for 4 years. They provide and manage all of RDI’s Internet connectivity providing round the clock support for our Cisco routers, switches and BT fibre links.
